General Eligibility Requirements Students must be accepted for admission into one of the three following programs to Bismarck State College to qualify for this scholarship: Geographic Information Systems (AAS degree) Electronics/Telecommunications (AAS degree) Web Page Development (AAS degree) General Scholarship Requirements: Enrolled full time (12 or more credits) Seeking a degree at Bismarck State College High school or college grade point average (gpa) of 2.50 cumulative or higher Applications for the Chesak Family Scholarship program will be accepted through April 30, 2013. Scholarship awards vary from $600 to $1,000 per program for each academic year.
